We only collect information you choose to give us to prepare a quote or a shipment:

• name and contact details (phone, address);
• nature, weight and volume of goods;
• consignee address and contact details;
• content of your messages.

This information is used only to answer your requests, prepare a quote, organise transport, handle customs formalities and keep you informed about your shipment. We do not use it for profiling and never sell it.

The quote form on this site stores nothing: it prepares a message that you send yourself through WhatsApp. Once sent, WhatsApp processes your data under its own privacy policy.

We share your information only with third parties needed to carry out your shipment: carriers, shipping lines, forwarding agents and customs authorities, including outside Canada, in the destination country.

We keep your data as long as needed to handle your shipment, then for the period required by our accounting, customs and legal obligations. It is then deleted or anonymised.

This site uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, so no consent banner is needed. If we ever add such tools, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

Your browser can block or delete cookies at any time in its settings.

Under the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada, you may:

• access your personal information;
• request its correction or deletion;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

For any question or request about your data: +1 514 652 5328, or by mail at 1351 Newton, Boucherville (Quebec).

We may update this policy; the update date is shown at the top of the page.
